The annual accounts of the FMS comply with RJ Guideline 640 Organisations-without-profit up to and including 2016. The annual accounts from 2017 onwards comply with RJ Guideline C1 small non-profit organisations.
The Max van der Stoel Foundation (FMS) was created on 1 July 2013 following a merger of the Evert Vermeer Foundation and the Alfred Mozer Foundation.
