Foundation Max van der Stoel processes personal data of members, donors and interested parties for the purpose of managing the membership administration, receiving donations, keeping financial records, statistical research and providing targeted information on various areas of interest. Furthermore, we process IP addresses to ensure that our websites function properly and to protect against malicious parties.

We share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to execute the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in some other cases, but only with your explicit consent to do so.

How long we keep data

Newsletter

We offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about news about the Max van der Stoel Foundation. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file is not provided to third parties. This makes it possible to inform you about topics of interest to you. View, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@foundationmaxvanderstoel.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We ask you to black out your passport photo, passport number, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
