Volunteers wanted for Africa Day 2020!

Sign up this page to volunteer for Africa Day 2020!

On Saturday, April 4, the annual Africa Day took place at the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam. With some 1,500 visitors, speakers and volunteers, it is the largest public event on Africa and international cooperation in the Netherlands. This year's Africa Day is dedicated to Climate Justice. With Sigrid Kaag Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation as the chief guest, it promises to be an interesting and beautiful day. Besides political debates, speeches and workshops, there will also be an extensive cultural programme with music, films and literature. The Africa Day will conclude with a cool afterparty.

Will you be there as a volunteer?
The FMS works with a variety of partners and organisations to make Africa Day possible. However, the event cannot be organised without the help of enthusiastic volunteers. Food and drinks will be provided and you can go to the afterparty for free. Would you like to experience organising a large-scale event and help make Africa Day 2020 a success?
