Max van der Stoel (FMS)

The Max van der Stoel Foundation (FMS) was the independent international foundation affiliated with the PvdA. In September 2026, the FMS merged with IFG and was renamed PRO International. We are committed to promoting democratisation in the EU’s neighbouring countries, fairer Dutch and EU policies towards the Global South, and we encourage public debate on these issues in the Netherlands.
